So to keep the business account healthy there are certain rules & regulations on returns & refunds.

 Before making a purchase:

• Please read full description of the item before making any purchase.
• Color of the item may slightly vary from lot to lot in every manufacturing process.
• Since all the products are hand finishing process so each item may be little different from other piece.
• No returns & refunds for international orders.
• Please keep in mind that colors you see on your mobile screen or computer screen may be slightly different than the real products.

Product return conditions:

• Return only in case of wrong or defective product is delivered.
• Please keep in mind there will be no exchange or monetary refund, Only store credit in form of gift card will be provided. for the returns which can be used in future purchase from our store.
• Only 1 time return will be accepted on original order, you can not request a second free return on same order.
• The process for a return:
  

• Please contact us within 24 hours from the time you have received your order, we will not entertain any notification thereafter.

• Once we receive your request we will arrange the reverse pick up.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and then we will be happy to provide you store credit of the same amount in the form of gift card.
• One time return is acceptable on an order, you can not request second return or refund on same order.
• We will not entertain the Returns on the order processed on gift card.
• Order returns and store credit processing could be a 5 to 7 days lengthy period, please keep patience so we can proceed it faster.
• We will not entertain any request if you contact us after 24 hours from the receiving the order.
• P.S. : This return, refund & exchange policy will not applicable to Resellers, Retailers & wholesalers who buy from us on discounted prices.
