DELIVERY PROCESS:

• All our order deliveries are OTP based (One time password) deliveries which means the delivery person will ask you an OTP which you will receive on your mobile device from us at the time of delivery.

• Please verify if the delivery guy has your package with him before telling him your delivery OTP.

• Please keep in mind that never tell this OTP on call or text if the person is not physically present in front of you with your package in his custody.

• Be sure that the package you received has not tampered with.
